How it works
Five steps. One decision-maker: your clinician.
Intake
Televisit
Provider decision
Licensed clinician decides
Pharmacy fulfillment
Follow-up
Step 1
Intake
Answer eligibility questions, then complete your full medical history: conditions, medications, allergies, goals, and any recent labs. Takes 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Televisit
Meet a state-licensed clinician by secure video. They review your history with you, answer questions, and assess whether treatment could be appropriate.
Step 3
Provider decision The deciding step
Your clinician independently decides: not eligible, more information needed, lifestyle plan only, or prescription considered. No decision is automatic and no outcome is guaranteed.
Step 4
Pharmacy fulfillment
If — and only if — a prescription is issued, it is sent to a licensed compounding pharmacy, which independently verifies it before dispensing and shipping.
Step 5
Follow-up
Check-ins, secure messaging, dose reviews, and plan adjustments. You may pause or stop any therapy at any time.
