Safety & medical review

Built around the provider's judgment — not around a sale

Our role is coordination: education, intake, scheduling, and follow-up. Medical decisions belong entirely to independent, state-licensed clinicians.

Every patient is screened
Structured intake covers medications, allergies, pregnancy/breastfeeding status, and history including cancer, endocrine disorders, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, GI disease, kidney and liver disease, psychiatric history, and eating-disorder history.
Contraindications are flagged, not hidden
Risk flags are surfaced prominently in the provider's chart view so nothing is buried in a form.
Five possible outcomes
Not eligible · needs more information · lifestyle plan only · prescription considered · follow-up required. Declining care is a normal, expected outcome when treatment isn't appropriate.
Labs matter
Providers may require baseline or follow-up labs before or during any treatment.
Clear escalation
Patients with red-flag symptoms are directed to in-person or emergency care. This platform does not replace emergency care or primary care.
Honest advertising
We do not promise prescriptions, outcomes, or results. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and may not be appropriate for every patient.
